I created Women Get Paid to Speak because too many brilliant women are staying silent, undervaluing their voice, or waiting to feel ready.
This program exists to help more women step on stages, own their expertise, and share what they already know - and get paid for it.
I never planned to become a keynote speaker. In fact, I avoided speech class in college because the thought of standing in front of a room made me physically sick. I learned early to stay small. I didn’t grow up in rooms where people confidently took the stage.
And yet - my career kept asking me to speak.
Each time, I felt the fear and the spark. I didn’t become a paid speaker because I’m fearless. I became one because I understood the psychology of confidence and practiced it until it felt familiar.
Today, I speak for corporations, universities, and women’s leadership organizations—and I get paid well to do so.
